  Waited at the drive through for a half hour. Kept my cool even though there was hardly anyone in the line. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and a beef quesarito. Not a hard order. When I get home I open the bag to one burrito, which was neither a cheesy bean and rice or beef quesarito. So after this glorious experience I try to call there 15 times(no exaggeration) and get no answer. I call the gas station that they are connected with and had them tell taco bell to please answer the phone. Guess what? Still no answer. I'm not in the food industry but I am in the service industry and deal with customers on a daily business. I can tell you if we had this type of service we would not be in business. I hope they can take the proper steps to improve on the service and quality of their work. Until then I will no longer be a customer.

  Very very slow. Always have to wait at least 10 min at the window before food shows up. So if you have a line of cars in front. You do the math

  Apparently they changed some staff because I did not share the bad experience the rest here wrote about.
  
  The food was good and the staff even told everyone that was there about a special offer that was really worth it. It took a while until food was ready. Food was perfect. You get good tacos there.
